Professional skill requirement (including certificates, etc.): ？

College or bachelor degree, major in engineering mechanics, mechanism manufacture, Mold design is preferred;
More than 5 years working experience about Mold design and fabrication follow-up, automotive experience is better;
Good knowledge and skill on tool structure, processing;
Being familiar with 2D/3D drawing system, Solid Edge is preferred;
Tool maker knowledge and Sap knowledge is advantage;
Good command of English.

Responsibility/Tasks description :

Guiding of employees
Imparting and monitoring of operating regulations, working time regulations and safety regulations
Arrangement and execution of personal measures
Agreeing on targets

Conflict management
Employees under considering of qualification

Employee evaluation, encouragement and further training

Definition of qualification measures
Encouraging of group processes

Executing of works and monitoring of work results

Monitoring of cost target

Functional tasks
Creating transparency in order to optimize

Personal guiding and introduction
Controlling of monitoring about schedule and coordination of projects
Creating quotation, schedule plan, capacity plan internal/external

Purchasing of working materials

Creating of the guidelines and monitoring for compliance
Planning of budget and investment

Coordination of difficult projects

Creating of working instructions and guidelines
Participating at customer discussion

Cost controlling
