职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day roles and responsibilities of the NPI team Help foster and drive NPI team effectiveness, creativity and innovation Lead new project development, assist Marketing department in winning new customers Define, own and execute development schedules and budgets for assigned projects Build samples according to customer's requirements and get approval from customer Analyse materials and resources requirement and perform cost control Assist Purchasing department in material sourcing and purchase Work with Engineering, Quality and Production team in preparation for mass production Run pilot and solve the problems which may happen in mass production Communicate with customer in process of project development and assist customer in improving the project Communicate with leadership and customers on program status on a regular basis Follow up mass production of new projects and make sure schedules meet customer's requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in NPI program management, manufacturing engineering, prototyping and material sourcing Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, electrical or related discipline Knowledge of APQP, TS16949 and Lean 6 Sigma is a definite advantage Experience with wire harness manufacturing, preferably in white goods or automotive industry Good leadership and program management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in English, both written and verbal is required

Owner of NPI projects in engineering phase.Responsibilities include leading team to complete all preparation work for build, detail build planning, resolving process / yield / quality issues, making on time delivery, and necessary documents submissions per customer requirements.
During project build, engage with operation in planning capacity, equipment and layout planning for ramp and mass production planning

Technical / Engineering Background
3-5 years project /programme leading or management experience
Good English
Able to work under pressure, Smart and team spirit
