OVERVIEW
Analyze and implement the TEOA annual plan and budget, and providing technical support on operation advantage projects with the objective of meeting the company's target requirements within IND China Operation TEOA's strategy and plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Budget
Analyze and implement TEOA operating budget and plan; support and supervise the action plan to cover the budget gap and ensure the achievement of the budget in order to meet TEOA IND China Operation's annual budget and operating plan.
2. Policies and Procedures
Support and update the implementation of TE's TEOA policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure the working guidelines and direction for the TEOA team members.
3. People Management
Balance and support daily work; develop working skills and key talents; and help resolve people/ functional issues in order to achieve targeted department performance and retain key talent.
4. Project Preparation
1> Participate and consultant on technical skills for operation advantage projects (incl. 5S+1, VSM, Visual Factory, Standard Work, QCPC, TPM, Quick Change Over, Mistake Proofing, Cell
2> Design, Material Replenishment & Flow, 3P, 6 Sigma, VOC, etc)
3> Analyze, and evaluate the feasibility of key project plans;
4> Involve in the key projects and provide technical suggestions and coordinate resources to resolve project issues in order to meet the company's operation advantage project targets
5. Project Diagnosis
Support to collect company sources and provide technical suggestions to the project diagnosis reports in order to ensure the diagnosis accuracy
6. Project Implementation
Organize and coordinate middle management resources (incl. people, equipment, tooling, etc.) to support project implementation; support to analyze the key project deliverables and provide necessary technical suggestions to implementation issues; and report the project achievement to direct supervisor in order to ensure a smooth flow of project implementation.
7. Operation Standardization
Supervise the accomplishment of the operational standardization work; and give suggestion on the deployment of the project the project achievement in order to achieve a durable deployment of project achievements.
Qualifications:
1. Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
1> Bachelor degree in engineering related major;
2> Five years work experience in manufacturing industry and two years management experience; solid skills on manufacturing process improvement, layout optimization etc;
3> Good English reading and writing skill.
2. Personal Attributes & Competencies
1> Demonstrated experience driving organizational change using LEAN concepts such as value stream mapping;
2> Ability to work effectively, in a diverse, multidiscipline team environment;
3> Employ organizational skills, managing diverse workload for multiple customers;
4> Project management, data analysis and possess the ability to analyze data and use critical thinking to reach logical conclusions;
5> Demonstrated experience, facilitating improvement teams that produced verifiable results;
6> Communicates a compelling need for change and helps establish a vision for improvement;
