1.Education in economic field or english.

2.More than five years business experiences in customer service area or dealing with customer.
五年以上客户服务或者相关工作经验。
3.Excellent computer skills ( MS Office Suite especially Excel/ Power Point ).

4.Good oral & written English skills, CET 4 or above

5.Strong sales orientation and committed to service excellence.

职位描述：

1.Work to support the pre/post project implementation activities.
支持前期和后期的项目执行。
2.Prepare customer RFQ in timely manner.
及时给客户报价。
3.Sensitive of customer’s forecast, conduct internal activities and arrange shipment accordingly to make customer satisfaction.
对客户预测反应灵敏，以客户满意为宗旨来管理内部活动和安排出货。
4.Monitoring on invoices and follow account receivable status.
跟踪开票和收款情况。
5.Responsible for customer complaint process and ensure timely responses to customer.
负责处理客户抱怨，确保及时回复客户。
6.Visit customer regularly to grasp latest situation from customer for effective business strategy.
经常拜访客户，掌握影响业务战略的最新情况。
7.Provide accurate and timely commercial data & reports.
提供准确，准时的交易数据和报告。
8.Other job assigned by supervisor.
