职位描述：
Objective

Provide support to all companies within Gnotec group by working closely with toolmakers in China following up local tool manufacturing.


Area of responsibility

？Attend start-up meetings at tool suppliers ensuring all needed information have been provided to the supplier.
？Closely monitor tool progress towards plans and report to project managers.
？Attend FOT testing and try-outs at the suppliers.
？Attend and take lead during final testing and buy-off of the tools.
？Monitor and support final preparations for shipment.
？.frequent/longer travel to South China in some periods.

Field of competence

？Thorough experience from stamping, project management and manufacturing of progressive tools.
？Automotive experience.
？Good understanding of drawing requirements.
？Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and 3D-CAD.
？Excellent knowledge of Chinese and English, verbally and in writing.

预计在２０１６年实现 8亿人民币的营业额，　拥有１００名员工，以及３班年产１０Mio件冲压产品的目标。
公司计划在２０１５年初通过ISO9001及TS16949体系审核。

核心技术
1.冲压成型模拟技术分析以防下工序产品起皱，破裂。
2.冲压模具设计模拟分析，保持产品几何公差和稳定。
3.焊接参数控制包括压力，温度以防产品过烧，焊接不牢。
4.机械手臂的运用控制，保证产品质量稳定，提高效率。
5.焊接视频监控的运用，可实现焊接无人模式操作。
