职位描述：
1、根据业务发展需求组织招聘活动，及时招聘合适的人员满足用人部门的需求。
2、分析劳动力市场与公司实际用人需求，开发优化招聘渠道，不断完善招聘流程，以确保招聘的有效性；
3、管理员工合同和档案，签订劳动合同，办理人事手续等。
4、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、人力资源管理或相关专业大专以上学历
2、熟悉劳动法规和政策，熟练使用办公软件
3、5年以上人力资源工作经验，3年以上制造业招聘经验，有机械行业招聘经验尤佳
4、具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力
5、具有一定的工作抗压能力
