工作要求Job Requirements

1. 本科以上学历，工程技术专业背景;

Bachelor degree or above with major in Engineering field;

2. 一年以上工程相关部门工作经验;

1 year or above work experience in Engineering related function;

3. 汽车行业背景, 熟悉TS16949体系,两年以上项目管理工作经验;

Experience in automotive industry, familiar with TS16949 procedure, 2 year or above work experience in program management;

4. 优秀的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力;

Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability;

5. 具备一定的成本知识及意识;

Costing knowledge and sense;

6. 有责任感,专注的,和实践型作风;较强的问题解决能力和注重结果。

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 参与制订VAVE年度目标制订，准备达成状态及分析报告;

Creating VAVE annual target, preparing accomplishment status and risk report regularly;

2. 制订年度VAVE工作计划，组织内部及供应商处成本改善研讨会;

Make annual VAVE plan and organize workshop internally and in supplier site;

3. 收集提议，组织评估，提供反馈;

Collect ideas, organize feasibility study and give feedback;

4. 根据其它部门VAVE负责人的输入，跟踪所有VAVE项目的关键节点并完成报告;

Track all VAVE projects key milestones with input from project leaders, make status report;

5. 计算所有VAVE项目月度节约并汇总月度预测;

Calculate VAVE projects saving and summarize forecast monthly;

6. 向管理层汇报所有VAVE项目进度及节约金额做月度汇报;

Report all VAVE projects milestones and saving to management monthly;

7. 支持成本对标活动展开;

Support cost benchmarking activities;

8. 效力和效率方面的持续性改进;

Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency;

9. 支持其他部门的工作;

Support other department;

10. 完成上级交办的其它工作.

Complete other assignments given by superior.
