Daily purchasing activities according to project requirement.

根据项目要求进行日常的采购工作

1) Mechanical part sourcing and price negotiation

负责其他机械工件的采购和价格谈判

2) Global or local price follow up and update

跟踪采购件全球及本地价格的更新变动

3) Misc & spot purchasing eg. Onsite service, packing material, standard hardware and Etc.

负责杂项及现场采购,如如现场服务、包装材料、标准硬件等等;

4) Push supplier to delivery on time

控制货期，督促供应商的及时交货

5) Raise and track overdue-PO issue to production team

通知生产部超期订单状况并跟踪

6) Report material availability to project leader

给项目经理提供所需的物料

7) Other jobs assigned by purchasing manager

完成上级交待的其他任务

ERP inputting and maintenances.

ERP系统输入及维护

1) New item and Bill of materials inputting

在系统里录入订单和物料信息

2) Purchase order entry

在系统内创建采购申请，生成采购订单；

3) Supplier invoice matching and payment

核对采购发票和付款金额

4) Record ERP entry mistake

记录并修正系统录入错误
