职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Answer phones and respond to customer request
2. Provide customers with product and service information.
3. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
4. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
5. Complete call logs and reports.
6. Consumer complaint handling
7. Other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monthly product quality reporting.
2. Monthly NPS researching.
3. Data entry as requested.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a diploma or equivalent. Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm. This is normally acquired through one to three years of call center experience.
