工作要求Job Requirements

1. 本科以上学历，工程技术专业背景;

Bachelor degree or above with major in Engineering field;

2. 10年以上工作经验，其中汽车行业工程技术或项目管理工作五年以上；

10 years or above work experience incl. 5 years or above working in engineering or program management in automotive industry;

3. 熟悉公司产品主要零部件如冲压、注塑等的市场状况、成本结构及技术要求等；

Familiar with market situation, cost structure and specification of stamping, injection molding or electrical components;

4. 具备一定的公司财务知识和质量管理经验；

Have understanding of corporate finance knowledge and quality management experience;

5. 优秀的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力，良好的领导力及指导能力

Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability, good leadership and coaching skills;

6. 有责任感,专注的,和实践型作风;较强的问题解决能力和注重结果。

Accountable, dedicated and hands-on spirit; Problem solving capability and drive for results。

岗位职责Job Responsibility

1. 负责伟速达中国供应商改善及成本改善相关工作;

Responsible for purchasing and supplier development work in VAST China;

2. 负责制订和维护公司VAVE工作及改进流程，制订跨年度VAVE规划；

Make and maintain VAVE activities procedure and process improvement, work out multi-year VAVE planning;

3. 负责公司VAVE工作，包括供应商变更和研发部发起的设计变更，持续优化公司成本结构；

Lead company VAVE activities including supplier resourcing and design change by R&D to optimize company cost structure continuously;

4. 制订年度VAVE工作计划，带领完成VAVE工作实施;

Make annual VAVE plan and manage VAVE implementation;

5. 计算所有VAVE项目月度节约并汇总月度预测，向管理层汇报所有VAVE项目进度及节约金额做月度汇报;

Calculate VAVE projects saving and summarize forecast monthly，Report all VAVE projects milestones and saving to management monthly;

6. 制订供应商改善工作计划，提高供应商管理、预算及财务控制水平，优化供应商成本结构；

Make supplier development plan, improve supplier’s management, budgeting and finance controlling, optimize supplier cost structure;

7. 领导成本分析工作，支持前期项目报价和价格谈判;

Lead cost analysis, support on program quoting and supplier price ; negotiation;

8. 效力和效率方面的持续性改进;

Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency;

9. 支持其他部门的工作;

Support other department;

10. 完成上级交办的其它工作.

Complete other assignments given by superior.
