Compensation & Benefits Analyst ll
Overview
Under the supervision and guidance to support the centralized compensation and benefits activities that foster the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the overall reward strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Benefits Program Management
a) Implement equity program, including stock purchase plan and RSU plan
b) Implement risk and healthcare insurance program, drive for more streamlined process and better service through vendor management
c) Implement other benefits program, including but not limited to wellness/long service award plan
2. Compensation and benefit surveys
a) Coordinate with site HRs on annual and ad hoc customized compensation and benefit surveys required from global or consulting firm via collecting, consolidating and conducting analyses of internal data and external market data
b) Interpreting results and making initial recommendations to ensure appropriate data are provided to the selected consultants
3. Support proposal of policies and procedures
a) Draft/support to define C&B related policy guideline and procedure under the master policy umbrella
b) Give related consultation to site/BU HR, provide information & solutions to internal clients in order to meet business needs and make the programs applicable in local market
4. Support to monitor the performance of service providers (e.g. C&B consultants, benefit suppliers such as insurance companies, benefit administers)
5. Other C&B project supporting
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent with above 3 years' relevant experience, preferably project support based with payroll experience
2. Good communication skill, good analysis & excel skills, be sensitive to numbers, be fluent in English
