职位描述：

主要职责 Main Responsibility

1.Support CD to manage the Ambassador team to achievemonthly show and ratio target through planning, executing and managingpromotion activities. 通过良好的计划与管理，协助中心校长管理团队完成每月公司推广与该渠道的销售合同数任务

2.Organize monthly and weekly meeting; motivate and evaluateAmbassador team via systemized training and communication.

组织并召开周例会和月度例会，通过对团队的培训和即时沟通，定期业绩回顾，确保团队保持工作激情并改善工作技能。

3.Provide field coaching in the regular site check, and comeup with constructive proposals on AB management and diciplinary policiesthrough observation and feedback collection with ABs.

定期现场巡视及指导，完善推广员管理制度，同时根据市场反馈对团队管理提出建设性的提议

4.Support People team to do recruitment promotion, enlargethe candidate pool so as to maintain a stable and passionate Ambassador team. 协助人事部门做招聘宣传，扩大团队候选人基数，从而维持团队的稳定性和工作积极性。

5.Keep smooth communicate with center to get center'ssupport for Ambassador team and handle crisis effectively when needed. 通过与中心有效的沟通，获取中心的支持和配合，协助中心有效解决突发事件。

6. Keep good relationship with property management and citymanagement to win their permission to do the promotion activity in front ofcenter and set up a booth in front of center or building lobby if possible. 与物业管理及城管保持良好的关系，确保中心特派推广员工作的顺畅开展，并在可能的情况下为中心特派推广员设立固定摊位。

7.Prepare relevant reports and do analysis. 按要求完成相关的报表和工作报告并做相应的数据分析。

工作经验 Experience:

3+ years supervisory experience in direct sales or directmarketing. 3年以上销售或者直销行业市场管理运作经验。

工作技能 Capability:

1.Strong negotiation and people skills. 具有较强的商谈和交际能力

2. Strong analytical background with ability to evaluateprograms and monitor results. 对于计划的实施和监控有较强的分析和评估能力

3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamicworking environment. 适应快节奏，具备独立，高效、灵活工作的能力。

4. Team-player and proven ability to work incross-functional environment. 具团队合作精神和交叉工作的实际能力。
