Assistant of the General Manager

The branch DNK Air as part of the company Shanghai DNK New Materials Technology & co., Ltd is developing, manufacturing and selling aircraft carbon composite structures for their worldwide customers. Currently we are looking for anAssistant that is joining our team and supporting all relevant translation and process work.This special position will report directly to the GM of DNK Air.

The job is located at our plant in Shanghai-Qingpu.

Job Description

? Translation tasks between English and Chinese (oral and written)
? Support of Business Development and coordination of activities
? Support in Marketing and Sales by
o answering international customers by email and phone
o preparing customers’ quotations
o supporting in contacting suppliers
? Support in Administration by
o describing processes and documents in English and Chinese
o preparing reports and presentations
o supportingthe identification of more talents/ suitable employees
o supporting in networking with universities and other partners
? Support in Supply Chain and Quality Management by
o Contacting suppliers
o Supporting and surveilling that quality standards are fulfilled
? Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements

? Professional English and Chinese language skills is required
? Excellent organization skills with a strong orientation to details, and discretion with confidential information
? Ideally knowledge of carbon fiber and composite materials
? Ideally experienced in the aeronautics industry
? Team player with good interpersonal skills to work across multiple departments
? Ability to learn new things fast and to work in a structural and professional way
? Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
