职位描述：
岗位职责：
* 使用HTML/CSS/Javascript开发符合W3C标准的网站前端页面；
* 与产品经理、UI设计师、研发工程师协调沟通，完成公司各项目的开发、维护及上线工作；
* 持续的优化前端体验和页面响应速度；
* 负责优化代码并保持良好的浏览器兼容性。
* 积极探索并总结适合公司的前端开发模式和规范。
任职要求：
* 至少2年以上的前端开发经验，习惯阅读英文原版技术文档和书籍；
* 精通HTML5/CSS3/Javascript/Ajax等，熟练手写代码，理解如何合理组织代码；
* 掌握多种JS框架（如JQuery/react.js/AngularJS/等）；
* 熟练使用Photoshop，将设计稿转化为符合W3C规范的静态页面，确保浏览器及平台的性能和兼容性；
* 熟悉至少一门非前端开发语言（如PHP/Java/Python/NodeJS等），并有一定的实战经验；
* 有移动H5开发经验；
* 技术视野广阔，有主导前端技术方案设计的能力和经验，能够独立承担项目开发工作的优先考虑；
* Linux爱好者优先；有个人独立作品/开源作品者优先；有个人技术博客或在各技术社区活跃者优先；
