职位描述：
？ Define the test program in accordance with the standards and customer needs independently;
？ To lead and conduct critical project tests;
？ To supervise and guide engineers’ routine test operation;
？ Key equipment maintenance and improvement;
？ New testing method development and training for others;
？ To solve technical problem in the laboratories;
？ To explore external testing needs;
？ Lab quality system’s improvement and development;
？ High level EHS behaviours and skills, capable to monitor others job;
任职要求：
？ Fully understand test technology, method, products and standards;
？ Deep familiar with all test facilities in the laboratories;
？ Capable to conduct full scope testing needs;
？ Able to solve technical problem occurring during test;
？ Good at English communication, in speaking and writing;
