职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 根据检修规范白班检修维护打磨车工作；
2. 根据检修规范夜班巡检监控打磨车工作；
3. 现场排查设备故障，协同车间完成维修；
4. 组织安排年修、大修的计划和实施；
5. 跟踪打磨车打磨情况和打磨效果；
6. 打磨车问题收集汇报，区间打磨总结；
7. 提供打磨车改进方案；
8. 备件的采购及采购申请；
9. 线上测量，配合测量工程师工作

任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，铁路交通运营、机械、液压、电气等相关专业；
2. 三年以上大型社保维护，或其相关工作经验；
3. 精通电子自动化/机械电子知识，理解控制原理；
4. 具备铁路行业相关安全作业意识，熟悉行业相关规定和制度；
5. 较强的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力和文字处理能力；
