Job Description
This position of Sr. Field Applications Engineer will provide expert technical support helping our
customers successfully integrate our product into mobile phones and intelligent IOT products.
This position will have a great impact on the overall success of the company. This candidate will
be responsible for mixed signal product support containing analog, digital and power elements
related to consumer mobile electronics.
Major Responsibilities
? Identify customer opportunity and solution again the opportunity
? Interfacing key customer audio design technical person to discuss technical challenges and
requirements
? Integrate and debug Knowles audio solution at customer system
? Fine tune customer system performance
? Work with Knowles design teams to provide customer feedback on new products and
features
? Create application notes and related support documentation
? Travel on-site to support customer issues
Experience, Skills and Education Required
? Require audio related design and tuning experience
? Audio design experience in Smart Phone or IOT application would be a good fit
? Understanding to industry standard mobile test standards and tools: ACQUA, Pulse, 3GPP, TS
is a plus
? Ability to understand, summarize and communicate customer needs, requirements, issues,
etc.
? Ability to grasp new technologies and convey value to both internal and external audiences
? Good communication and report writing skills
? 8+ years of industry experience related to mobile handset & audio related
? BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree 举报 分享
