1. Ensure the appropriate microbiological tests are performed in compliance with SOP of Baxter Suzhou, Baxter specifications, corporate and local regulatory requirements.
确保微生物实验室各项分析方法均符合苏州百特SOP，百特技术标准，符合
当地政府要求和行业规定。
2. To support the micro lab in technical perspectives to ensure fulfill the tasks with quality, right cycle time and compliant with the regulatory and corporate requirements.
支持微生物实验室拥有正确的技术，确保高质量的、在正确的周期内完成任务，并且与法规和总部要求是保持一致的。
3. Lead a team of microbe & calibration in providing prompt microbiological/calibration services to support manufactory’s activities.
领导微生物/校验团队提供快速的微生物/校验服务以支持工厂行动。
4. Take responsible for new method validation / method transfer including preparing validation / transfer plan, deviation investigation during executing and preparing the final report, personal training etc.
负责新的方法验证/方法转移包括验证/转移计划的准备，执行期间的偏差调查以及最终报告的准备，人员的培训等等。
5. Take responsible for existing methods optimization including validation for the changed method.
负责对现有方法的优化包括方法变更的验证。
6. Be responsible for lab equipment qualification/ validation activities.
负责实验室设备的确认/验证。
7. Write and update relevant standard operation procedures in Micro-lab.
编写和更新微生物实验室相关标准操作程序。
8. Ensure proper documentation (e.g. change control, data traceability) and integrity of data, calculations and results reporting in accordance with GLP requirements.
确保合适的文件（如变更控制，数据的追溯性）和数据的完整性，按照实验
室规范的要求计算和报告结果。
9. Be leading the lab internal audit for ISO & EHS verification.
领导实验室关于ISO和EHS的内部审核。
10. Be leading in new or junior analyst training and verification.
领导新员工或下级分析员的培训和确认。
11. Be involved in micro-lab related project.
微生物实验室内其他相关项目。
12. Ensure the appropriate calibration tests are performed in compliance with SOP of Baxter Suzhou, Baxter specifications, corporate and local regulatory requirements.
确保校验方法均符合苏州百特SOP，百特技术标准，符合
当地政府要求和行业规定。
13. Ensure proper calibration requirements (e.g. technical & documentation ) in according with Baxter Suzhou.
保证苏州百特满足校验需求
14. Other related temporary work assigned by manager/lab supervisor.
由经理/实验室主管临时交付的与微生物/校验相关的任务。

任职资格:

知识要求：
1. Process a certificate in relative majors.
微生物或其他相关专业。
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry working experiences in related areas, and with at least of 2 management experiences.
至少五年以上在制药或相关企业的工作经历，并且有至少2年的管理经验。
3. Have the comprehensive knowledge of microbiology and RA.
有全面的微生物和法规相关知识。
4. Knowledge of ISO and GMP etc.
具有ISO和GMP等方面的知识。
5. Able to communicate well with others.
善于与他人建立良好的关系。
6. Be familiar with office.
熟悉 office。
7. Be fluent in English language.
英语流利。
