职位描述：
工作职责：
1. This process-focused role requires the Line Technician to ensure process capability so that the factory meets its output commitments in a predictable way to ensure the key business objectives are met.
产线技术员，以生产过程为职责重心，确保产线生产能力满足生产目标。
2.Working on production line with assembly operator within a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and initiative
在产线直接参与生产，主动灵活地适应快节奏的生产环境
3.Directly involved in ensuring that all products meet specifications
确保产品满足规格要求
4.Under instruction by engineers, provide input on equipment installation, total preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
在工程师指导下，参与设备安装，预防性维护以及机器故障修理
5.Calibration of Equipment
设备校准

任职要求：
1. College in automation or engineering 专科机械自动化或工程专业
2. At least 2 years high volume manufacturing experience, with a working knowledge of special purpose equipment,
pick and place systems, sensors and transducers
至少2年高产量生产环境工作经验。对特殊设备、机械手、传感器和变频器有实际应用知识
3. Must be available to work shift/overtime 可以轮班或加班
4. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team 主管能动性，团队协作
5. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines 能够承受压力，按时完成工作
6. Good communication skills 良好的沟通能力
7. Demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving 逻辑思维能力强
