职位描述：
Key Responsibilities for Application Development:
1、 Employ knowledge of food science in general and the interactions between phosphates and the various foods to support customer projects either in Innophos labs or at a customer facility
2、 Develop prototype in lab for bakery, meat, seafood and beverage products for demonstration in customer facility
3、 Conduct physical/chemical tests for blends produced in Taicang plant
4、 Maintain routine contact with other Innophos teams such as sales, commercial development, and business management to ensure that projects priorities match customer priorities

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
1、 Experience of participating plant trials at customer sites (a plus)
2、 Experience with application development work for various finished products such as bakery and meat products
3、 Experience with method development such as Ion chromatography, UV/Vis (preferred but not required)
4、 Be able to keep interactive technical communication with customers and distributors for project development
5、 Ability to conduct independently research work and explore solution in ambiguous environment
6、 Persistent and results oriented
7、 Bachelor in Food Science or relevant discipline with more than two years’ working experience
