职位描述：
The Metallurgical Engineer’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
 Reports to the Casting Engineering Team Leader

- Maintain current melting and degassing process running;
- Continuously improve on melting and degassing process in quality or robust or efficiency or safety side;Lean save for melting and - Lean save for melting and degassing process, and provide suggestion for whole casting process;
- Pay close attention to material property in long term;
- Work with casting team to reduce scrap rate and improve OEE;
- Help optimize mechanical/chemical/microstructural/ test process in technical side;
- Other duties as assigned. Follow instructions.

Academic:
？ University graduate major in Material engineering.

Experience:
- At least 2 years work experience for metallic material physical and chemical, microstructure inspection.
- Can perform metallic material tensile bar test, hardness test, chemical and microstructure inspection individually; know the principle and inspection factor.
- With the knowledge the metal forming.
- Better to with NDT work background.
- Self-driven on work target and improve work skill and knowledge.
- Good communication, logic ability.
