职位描述：
This position will be the key role to support HR Manager with a broad array of human resource functions including Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development as provided below,

? Provide professional HR operation support such as HR reports, HR database analysis and HR system maintenance.
? Act as the primary window for communication and implementation of HR policies and program, escalate if any update or conflict between the practice and compliance.
? Responsible for the monthly payroll, annual IIT decalcification with high quality level of accuracy.
? Support HRM in the recruitment activities such as posting, screening CV, phone interview and interview admin facilitation.
? Responsible for employee relations such as team building, monthly communication, annual dinner.
? Assist in training and development activities, for instance, annual training planning, vendor selecting, training facilitation and effectiveness evaluation.
? Support HRM in monitoring HR service agents to achieve a high-level service to employees.
? Seeking continuous improvement on HR practices and operation, participate in the programs to improve work efficiency and professionalism.

Requirement

? At least 4 years HR experience, Strong C&B or Training experience is preferred.
? Bachelor degree in Human resource or administration management.
? In Depth knowledge of labor law.
? Careful, strong responsibility and confidential mindset.
? Good Communication skill both in English and Chinese
? Proficient Computer skills, e.g. Words, Excel, PPT, etc. 举报 分享
