职位描述：

Main Tasks:

Warehouse Daily Business Management:

A. Inventory management

？ Stock aging management: To keep products age in adapt shelf life

？ Stock level accuracy: To ensure stock accuracy both in physically and logically

？ Stock quality management: To ensure stock in good condition through improving SOP of service providers

？ Daily audit for receiving, outbound, inventory and other operations according to the warehouse report

？ Responsible for overall warehouse affairs and coordinating the work between the various functional departments

？ Weekly review with Plant PC&Land SCM team for inventory level control

B. Warehouse operations management

？ Shipping plan management: To make shipping plan by scheduled rules accordingly to achieve perfect service rate

？ FIFO operation management

？ Warehouse facility controlling: To coordinate facility issues

？ Packing material controlling: To make replenishment of packing materials for warehouse operation

？ To arrange and develop stock take or cycle counting to ensure accuracy of stock

？ To make controlling of honey comb and good housekeeping plan

？ Billing controlling: To check bill both from internally and externally in time

？ Inventory management (FIFO, QOI, aging report, alert etc…)analyze

？ Monitor the age, quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the storage of goods

C. Support Quality Control

？ Insure sorting report accuracy –reach 100%

？ Submit the report of quality summary to CQE and Plant quality Dep.

？ Support quality and CQE get a improvement on quality

？ Coordinate the issue goods return to plant or be reworked

Service provider management

？ Set up KPI for service providers to ensure success of goal of JCI

？ Develop KPIs according to the business advancing with the times

？ Monitoring and controlling the performance for service providers by KPIs

？ Intensive relation and communication to customer

？ Defined rules/ agreements/ special requirements by customer requirement

Cost effectiveness analysis&improvement (Good to have)

？ To make proposal for improving cost effectiveness through analysis on daily operations

？ Reduce the abnormal cost in warehouse

？ Find out the cost saving opportunity on warehouse management.

Bachelor degree or appropriate background in sales and logistics & WH

?Min. 5 years of working experience in production or logistics environment

?Experience in the automotive parts industry

?Knowledge in PC software applications (Microsoft Office, ERP)

?Have rich experience in warehouse management

?Languages :English communication skill both in written and spoken

?Team working & communication skill
