职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
Leading and coordinating the productive activity of the Injection area, from the reception of the order up to the delivery in the FPW (Finished Product Warehouse), under the conditions of safety, cost, quality and deadlines set up, assuming the leadership of people, optimizing the available resources and collaborating with the drawing-up of the management plan.

Resposibility:
1. Taking responsibility for the organization of the Injection production area from the receipt of the order up to the delivery to Warehouse, including the programming, maintenance, process and quality engineering.
2. Carrying out the follow-up of the area indicators (quality, productivity, logistics, Health and Safety, Environment,...), analyzing the deviations and establishing action plans, as the case might be.
3. Ensuring the implementation of the manufacturing programs assigned to the organizational scope under his/her responsibility within the schedule, solving the problems that might arise in their development.
4. Taking responsibility for the improvement in the manufacturing processes so as to increase competitiveness. Continuous improvement of Industrial Margins.
5. Collaborating with the compliance of the shortest possible deadlines of the Advanced Quality Plan.
6. Enhancing the development of the members of his/her team of collaborators, fulfilling the guidelines and systematic processes of the personnel management model drawn, in order to achieve their best contribution, involvement and satisfaction.
7. Complying and making comply with the management systems policy, either in terms of quality, environmental aspects or that related to prevention, occupational health and safety specified by the corresponding legislation.
8. Taking part in the improvement activities of the working processes organization where his/her collaboration is required.

Requirements:
1. 3+ years production management experience;
2. Rubber/injection industry preferrable
3. Fluent English
4. Be able to travel to Spain
