职位描述：
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 


Maintain customer relationships by supporting the fulfillment process
Update tin price, raw material prices, MOM calculator and generate monthly quotations to customers
Process new and existing orders received from customers
Coordinate with Logistics on shipping arrangements
Liaise and coordinate with other departments internally with regards to customer's request
Answering internal and external telephone and on-line enquiry and collating sales information
To follow up and ensure payment on bank draft , LC or T/T from customer’s before schedule for delivery
Handle solder analysis, prepare report, USa project, issue credit & debit note, document review , enter POS data, consignment billing and raise purchase requisition
Follow up phone call or email for weekly and monthly schedule from external customer’s
Meet up customers ( at least twice a year)
Administrative duties such as Housekeeping ,filing , faxing and typing
To coordinator and service customers and assist in training new sales co-ordinator
Update customer profile
Performing month end closing
Do inside sales ( in progress)
Others duties as assigned


 

 

REQUIREMENTS


Min GCE 'O' Level and/or Cert/Diploma in Logistics Management
2 to 3 years relevant experience
Experience in custom procedures and handling of dangerous goods is advantageous
