Main Responsibilities

Offline design
- Events: design invitations, notices, and posters for all of our public events, big and small.
- Internal communications: brochure, newsletters, signage, internal event graphics.
- APP: design graphic elements that will accompany any content for use in our Employee app.
- Public presentations and documents: help colleagues develop and edit their presentations so that these assets are on brand, and are beautiful to look at.
- Monitor advertising agency’s workflows and schedules if agency is needed.
- Responsible for the approval of the key visuals of communication materials.
- Training: Give regular training to new employees on how to use Company VI.
- Photography is a plus: work with others to take photos at key events, and archiving them for search and use later.
- Video is a plus: help direct and edit any small video productions (such as seminars and special talks) as they come up during the year.
- Be primarily responsible for the visual elements and graphics related to our company, this designer will also be stretched in other marketing areas as our work demands.

Online design
- Design graphic elements that will accompany our website content.
- Front-end included rolling banner on home page.
- Button design and icon.
- AD flash banner.
- Promotion of Wechat.

Experience/Education Required
- Combines inspired creativity with technical proficiency and can effectively communicate their ideas.
- Multi task on a daily basis and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A design qualification, Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Expert knowledge in In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop required.
- Experience as a graphic designer in-house or design agency.
- Team worker, diligent, proactive, able to complete assignments with tight deadlines.
- Must be fluent in Chinese, English ability is a plus.
- Print production and photography experience is a plus.
- Skills with photoshop /Illustrator/dreamweaver. 举报 分享
