职位描述：
Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:
- Responsible for product manufacture, managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical marketing activities.
- Maintaining a strategic understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, value proposition, and go to market strategy.
- Develop and manage budget in conjunction with Product development Director.
- Manage company's overall product manufacture, assist in technical decisions and long term plan, and push the product into registration stage in a timely fashion.
- Responsible to manage production teams for their performance, deliverables and quality aspects.
- Manage internal and external partners related to production manufacture. A liaison to Qiagen global for collaboration and license-in product development.

Position requirements, qualifications and experiences:
- Bachelor in Life Sciences or above, proficient in molecular biology or immunology;
- 5+ year industry experience in IVD, POCT experience would be a plus;
- Understanding product development and registration process in China;
- Experienced in new product introduction and R&D processes;
- Solid track record of managerial experience and clean workshop construction;
- Good English and Chinese communication skills;
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good initiative and proactive.

主要职责：
1．负责公司所有产品生产相关的工作，包括产品生命周期的所有环节（从产品设计到市场）；
2．了解客户需求，市场动态，评估产品上市的各项工作；
3．协助产品开发负责人进行各项预算；参与产品研发中的技术讨论和长期规划；按照公司要求推动产品注册；
4．建设并负责管理生产部门、生产车间；
5．与公司内外的相关部门协作保障生产顺利进行，协助进口产品注册；

任职要求：
1．生命科学本科以上学历；分子生物学或免疫学优先；
2．5-7年以上IVD行业从业经验；有POCT经验者优先；
3．熟悉产品注册流程，了解产品开发流程；
4．有丰富的IVD产品生产管理经验，洁净厂房建设的经验；
5．良好的中英文沟通交流能力；积极主动的工作态度； 举报 分享
