Job title / position: Sales & Marketing Manager China (based in Shanghai)
Main responsibilities:
? Conduct and implement sales & marketing activities in China; Establish and grow the customer base in target markets
? Create, develop and manage proper organization to fulfill the annual business plan &objective
? Provide the sales forecast and accounts update periodically
? Supportthe commercial negotiations, make sales presentations & provide quotation; handle the NDA and other contracts with customers
? Provide updates & report on current and potential forthcoming projects
? Support and liaise closely with appointed Rep/Agent on the potential projects
? Participate in bidding exercises directly or through Representative/Agent
? Provide service support through entire sales process; present company’s key products and theirapplications associated with customer technologies and concepts
? Attend to customers’ feedback and concerns, provide feedback on customers concerns relating the machines and/or special needs to Factory
? Make proper and prompt actions to ensure customer satisfactions; Update & follow-up for necessary actions plan
? Collect latest information on competitors & their sales/marketing activities; Develop and execute the adapted business development strategy
? Update markets’ survey on new development, government policies, related companies/customers business development, and search for potential customers
? Organize & participate selected exhibitions/shows related to the business
? Report to Managing Director as well as to German Headquarters
? Perform other duties as assigned
Nationality: Chinese
Educational qualification: Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related engineering field
Working experiences:
? Rich experience in Semiconductor or Foundry related field and with at least two years in similar position like Key Account / Sales Manager
? Good insight of China Semiconductor manufacturing & production market and network relationship with the semiconductor customers
? Preferably familiar with semiconductor assembly industry as well as solar, automotive and car battery assembly industries
? Proven success in introduction of products or technologies into the semiconductor market
? Strong Sales and Marketing technique & Competitive Analysis ability
? Experience of Financial Planning & Strategy
? Understanding on Customers & Product's knowledge
Language: Goodin English(both spoken and written)
Personality:
? Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation and strong result orientation
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Strong negotiation skill, with demonstrated ability to discuss problems and negotiate mutual agreements with customers
? Proactive, able to perform under pressure
? Team player, good at organization
