职位描述：
Rio Tinto operates in a globally complex environment, working with external and internal stakeholders to find, mine, and process mineral resources throughout the world. China has been an integral part of RT global business. RT's stated aim in China is to be the preferred customer, supplier and partner. Strategic partnership with China (through it's SOEs) in developing major projects around the globe, especially in non-OECD countries is a key strategy and a differentiator for RT from it's competitors whose relation with China tend to be more transactional in nature. A number of initiatives are undertaken in pursuit of this aim. Additional capabilities are required to ensure these strategic initiatives are implemented.

Accountibilities:

? Interface with Chinese SOEs in project development
? Maintain efficient and effective communications
? Help to establish and reinforce the commercial and operational principles of the commercial arrangement
? Support commercial and operational strategies relating to the project
? Work closely with RT legal, commercial, strategy, development and project teams as the coordination point for different projects
? Provide on the ground support through negotiation and development processes
Other activities
? Support and sustain key strategic business opportunities
? Support broader RT Product Group business and project development efforts
? Maintain strategic relationship with key SOEs through efficient and effective communications

Requirements:
        University education
? Bachelor Degree or above in all related majors, MBA preferred
? Excellent communication and relationship management skills
? Strong business acumen
? Understanding of Western and Chinese culture and business approach
? Teamwork (good attitude, dedication, judgement, proactive and strong work ethic)
? Communication (challenge ideas, high quality written output)
? Professionalism (interaction with co-workers and external parties)
? Timeliness (know deadlines and meet them, time management, multi-tasking)
? Attention to details and accuracy (every possible examed, no typos, careful number work, self review)
? Strong analytical and valuation skills
? Language skills: fluent in both English and Chinese
