1 Job Summary: 工作摘要
Conceives, coordinates and implements processes, projects and activities to ensure that the plant goals and objectives are accomplished according to time limitations and funding conditions.

2 Duties and Responsibilities: 主要职责
2.1 Manages direct labor and indirect personnel, technicians, etc. to optimize overall effectiveness, ensure the OEE, and to balance/prioritize objectives. In conjunction with Engineering Managers/Program Mangers, coordinate and plan plant projects, establish budgets and timelines, etc.

2.2 Works with the quality organization to develop and implement a pro-active quality manufacturing plan that is consistent with the company quality philosophy and plant goals and objectives.

2.3 Develops an overall manufacturing strategy and plan for the plant. Allocates resources such as manufacturing equipment, staffing to deliver products in a timely manner.

2.4 Ensures optimal usage of the SAP ERP and Control System and makes recommendations for future enhancements to optimize plant operational effectiveness.

2.5 Determines processes and procedures for the overall plant operational effectiveness. Develops staffing plans and establishes work plans and schedules on projects. Prioritize staff workloads in order to meet product needs/objectives in all area. Develop and train staff to ensure high skill levels.

? Responsible for monitoring and improve production objectives (OEE, scrap, capacity utilization, personnel).
负责监督及改善各项生产指标(设备综合效率,废品率,生产能力利用率,生产人员效率)
? Responsible for planning of the department KPI(volume, personnel, OEE & scrap target) and communicates targets with management and department.
负责规划部门指标(产量、人员、设备综合效率及废品指标),并且就各项指标与管理层及本部门进行沟通。
? Responsible for improvements through the Kaizen process.
负责生产领域的持续改进
? Centralized resource allocations per project; balance/prioritize resources.
分配每个项目的集中资源;平衡协调资源的主次。
? Be sure the plant quality system effectively running and customer on time delivery.
? Inventory control and monitor our supplier on time delivery and quality situation.
? New projects launch involved and focus on process development with support from engineering team.

4.1.1 Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management or Business Administration.
工程、商务或工商管理专业本科毕业。
4.1.2 Ten years experience in a manufacturing industry preferably automotive industry. Experience must include progressively more responsible positions in the areas of production leadership, operational excellence and total customer satisfaction.
10年以上在技术行业的工作经验,汽车行业优先。必须有在生产领导层、运营效绩和客户全面满意方面的经验。
