Project Manager Technical Services

Area: Product Operations – Technical Services
Department: Quality Projects
Direct Reporting Line: Senior Project Manager – Tech Services,
Location: Shanghai


Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This is an in-house Tech Services key position for an organized, passionate and goal-oriented talent who understands what projects have in common, and their strategic role in how organizations succeed, learn and change.

? Drive Quality initiatives across functions
? Manage stakeholders relationship and secure buy-ins to project deliverables
? Support enhancement activities on project management capabilities and knowledge management of the team

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead quality project activities and manage effective and timely communication on progress and results to (senior) management
? Execute overall project, initiative and deliverables (e.g. project, milestones execution and monitoring)
? Drive analytics framework to support project execution
? Manage work stream teams and assist coaching of more junior teams
? Lead interpretation of project results and translate into insights to steer the project/initiatives successfully
? Manage Tech services departmental activities (e.g. knowledge sharing and employer branding)

Key Relationships:

? Initiate activities and connect with other stakeholders to share activities at work stream level (e.g global TS teams )
? Initiate and drive discussions with stakeholders to collect and consolidate feedback and gather input on solutions
? Establish working relationship and maintain regular contact with stakeholders
? Stakeholders can relate to the following core functions:
o Product Operations (Creation functions, FW , Apparel and A&G product ops, etc.)
o
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Capability to simplify complex matters and provide options
? Ability to build storyline to convey messages in a simple way
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated and high level of influence skills
? Ability to work independently
? Strong Excel analytics
? Extensive PowerPoint knowledge and skills
? Project management, lean six-sigma certification
? Experience with project planning and process mapping tools (e.g. MS Project, Visio)
? Basic knowledge of enterprise solutions (e.g. SAP, development systems)
o Other HR toolboxes (e.g. Campus and self-learning modules)

? Manage work stream teams
? Assist coaching of more junior teams

Requisite Education and Qualifications:

? Within which ~3-4 years of relevant project management or industry experiences
