Main Responsibilities (主要工作职责):
1.根据主管领导的要求，制定产品生产计划
Making production plan based on instruction by supervisor
2.负责与晶圆厂家的联系、沟通，跟踪、管理产品进程
Responsible for wafer tracking and management, contact and communication with foundry.
3.负责与晶圆厂家的联系、沟通，跟踪、管理产品进程
Responsible for wafer sort tracking and management, contact and communication with factory.
4.掌握每个产品的每个批次的进度与详细情况，并制定出相应的报表；
Grasping the schedule of each lot of wafer and detail information, and make relevant reports
5.独立工作能力强，善于协调及应变
Independent work ability and be good at coordinated aspect
Qualification (具体要求):
1 大专及以上学历，五年以上工作经验
College graduated or above, five years working experiences
2 细心，并注意细节，能井井有条地处理事务要求有吃苦耐劳的精神，仔细认真;
Quick learner, hard working, energetic, self-starter, able to work under pressure,good team player.
3 有晶圆及封测厂相关工作经验者优先;
Candidates with experience in Semiconductor front end ,Assembly & Test is preferred
4 英文听说能力良好
Fluent English oral and written abilities
5 熟悉ERP系统者优先
