职位描述：
Basic responsibilities:
1. Follow related standard to check the machine made, to make sure the released machine safety;
2. Build new electrical design of automation machine according to the SPEC from customer;
3. Support purchasing and the workshop, for the ordering of the materials and realisation of the equipment;
4. Organise the release and start up of the equipment, according to checklist;
5. Do FMEA and analysis of capabilities of automation machine;
6. Standardize components selection, complete BOM list and release it correctly;
7. Design electric circuit and cabinet according to design rule, finalize and archive correctly;
8. Write the PLC program according the flow chart of machine action;
9. Check in the electrical schematic and plc program into SVN repository for version management;
10. Give feedback to the project leaders and resource owners for ongoing projects;
11. Build up a good communication with other departments: purchaser, projects, QC, logistics, member of inner project teams;
12. Realize the standardization of electrical design, make and share the building block to all electrical engineer;
13. Follow all other company rule in every day work.
14. Other works assigned by leadership.

Skills:
1. Familiar with at least 1 Popular PLC and HMI, Motion control system, low voltage components;
2. Good knowledge and a good overview of the techniques used in schematic drawing, familiar with one software ;
3. Familiar with norms for electrical design;
4. Be able to use English as working language.
5. Bosch Opcon or Beckhoff skill preferred

Related work experience:
Minimum 3 years in plc design and development, such as Siemens, Omron etc.

Formal education or equivalent:
College degree or above, majored in integration of mechanics and electrics, automation or related field.
