职位描述：
Main Objectives
To maintain and develop an quality management system,Take care of the continuous improvement process of the quality system

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain quality management system, lead plant internal audit, and support plant customer and Third party audit. Come up with opportunities for improve from system perspective.
2. Is involved on the production, lead GEMBA walk.
3. Is involve in the layered process audit and system audit
4. Monitor and mentor plant SPC, MSA, and FMEA.
5. Support sales team for regulation compliance requirement.
6. Provide training about QMS, and other quality tools.
7. Other work by manager indicated.

Basic Requirements
At least 5 years working experience in quality within an plastic manufacturing environment
Bachelor degree in quality management.
Master of ISO9001 or TS16949 QMS, familiar with 8D, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control plan, etc. quality tools.
Very good English skills in reading, speaking and writing,
Chinese mother language

Professional skills and abilities
1. Good understanding of quality management system.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Prefer certified Black belt/ Green belt, or Automotive experience if possible. 举报 分享
