职位描述：
1. Lead and drive New Product Introduction process to make sure product to comply with customer’s specifications and requirements.
2. Communicate and work with sales to ensure customer satisfaction and coordination
3. Fully understanding customer specifications, satisfying customer application requirement by optimized design of internal manufacturing process.
4. Lead and coordinate the external transfer projects from other sites to Suzhou plant and also internal transfer projects from Suzhou to other plants in China.
5. Drive process standardizations and provide trainings to production to make sure customer requirement be transferred accurately.
6. To carry out RCA on customer defects and communicate as well as implement solutions.
7. Monitor ECN process to make sure products to satisfy customers’ requirements.
8. Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to customer.
9. Drive specific NPD / NPI / Transfer sourcing projects. Ensure appropriate approvals to confirm supplier technical qualifications. Work with Purchasing and quality depts. to qualify suppliers for volume sourcing of product.
10. Continuously develop engineering team and improve overall performance by supervising the team.
11. New equipment, process and technology introduction, localization and qualification to match business expansion requirements.
12. Others special projects as assigned.
Education & Training:
1. Good relevant technical or science degree
2. Must have high level of energy; strong execution ability
Experience & Competency:
- At least 8 years of relevant engineering experience (of which, at least 5 years must be in managerial position) in innovative and fast paced environment..
- Strong Project and Material Management experience.
- Strong die-cut or related industry technical knowledge would be a definite plus.
- Strong communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written communication.
Able to work under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks/projects. 举报 分享
