职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Regional Strategic Sourcer has an intrapreneurial approach and takes responsibility for effective spend management in the region. He/She liases with Global Sourcing and Procurement team and other Regional Strategic Sourcer to share best practices to leverage procurement measures.
2. Leads the category-specific supply market research in Asia in which the supplier(s) operate(s) to apply industry best practices on an ongoing basis: business trends, market conditions, supplier cost structure and benchmarks for the supply market for relevant indirects.
3. Undertakes Planning of saving initiatives, Value add initiatives and tracking on regional level, in close collaboration with regional finance teams.
4. Acts as a procurement business partner to local organization/Stakeholders to align local requirements understanding and bring best practices on the table.
 5. Proactively looking for new suppliers and further opportunities to improve procurement with focus on but not limited to regional market; manages full Source to contract lifecycle.
6. Develops and maintains supplier relationships at strategic level and manage the continuous improvement in terms of cost, delivery, quality and responsiveness in order to meet the expectation/requirement of all.
7. Assess and mitigate supply risk for the assigned category and lead Supplier Evaluation: monitor supplier SLAs and ensure efficient support for operations from suppliers and continuous reliability. 8. Responsible for the compliance of defined strategies with local guidelines and global category
guidelines. 9. Support for category lead in the implementation of sourcing projects.
10. Responsible for the handover of completed sourcing projects to the operational buyer.
11. Assistance in the implementation of supplier management for A-material and CAPEX on request of category manager.
12. Providing input for strategic risk management e.g. dependence on suppliers, deviation from the sourcing strategy.
13. Coordination of local implementation of projects concerning systems and tools.

Requirements:
1. Education to degree level in procurement/logistics/supply chain. MBA is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of Category management experience in direct material & indirect materials and services – specific category experience from Legal services, Insurance. Logistics, Business /Management consulting, Facility Management and/or Financial Services are good to have.
3. Proficient in oral and writing Mandarin and English.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills.
5. Be assertive and proactive with business partnering mindset.
6. Willing to and capable of working under a complex and fast-pace environment.
7. Vocational experience in MNC in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, competitive price analysis, SRM and CRM (internal customer relationship management).
8. Ability to build strong networks and interact in a cross-functional-and-cultural environment with all levels of management.
9. SAP procurement knowledge and excellent presentation skills. 举报 分享
