Take telephone reservations and ensure adherence to company standard
·Be always proactive in up selling and be always creative and proactive in recommending ways of achieving better result
·Efficiently and accurately input data in the guest database (PMS and PSB) assuring adherence to company standard and legal requirements
·Be familiar with all Front Desk related Standard Operations Procedures and hotel’s policies and procedures
· Handle all wake-up call requests with efficiently and appropriately without any delay or mistake.

音昱水中天养生度假区是万邦集团的重要投资项目之一，目前投资超过40亿元。该项目坐落于苏州工业园区唯亭镇阳澄环路199号，占地近19万平方米，包括住宅、酒店、医疗、早教、零售、艺术馆、培训学习及多元化创意学习设施，定于2016年开业。我们通过提供综合性项目来促进个人提升。

音昱养生酒店及养生诊所：拥有69间客房的酒店内部设有完整的养生平台——综合医疗评估和理疗中心、身心灵练习、教练培训和顾问咨询、水疗中心、医护水疗和正念餐饮。酒店内设有一家***国际诊所，融合先进中西方疗愈法和高端诊断设备，帮助客人改善并达到***健康状态。诊疗理念基于针对病症，同时根除健康问题诱因，尤为适合对慢性疾病的治疗。
 
高管教育和学习设施：高管教育和培训综合体毗邻养生酒店，内有48间精心设计的客房。旨在提供深度团体学习体验，如强化团队建设、对话和策略训练。此外，综合体内部还设有圆形剧场和会议室，极为适合举办大型活动和会议。
 
AITIA管理发展协会：管理发展协会（ISD）位于音昱水中天的高管教育和培训综合体内部，是一家致力于推广正念领导力和可持续性商业的组织，旨在帮助人们进行自我探索，促进个人成长，掌握企业高级管理技能，尤其专注于家族企业的管理和继承。其目的在于通过教授和交流***范例、创新思维，以及行业分享活动来推动商业的发展和成功繁荣。AITIA内部还设有家族企业学院和家之源。
 
服务式公寓：水中天拥有109栋服务式企业会所和87套酒店式公寓，均可享受水中天的各类项目和服务。其中，有20套酒店公寓专为有生活辅助需求的人士设计，如老人和处于康复期的人士。
 
水中天的整体建筑、设计和规划完美体现了音昱宗旨。独具创意而又极为便捷的环境为个人、家庭和组织提供了完美的养生项目体验。度假区的创意设计由三家国际知名建筑公司共同担纲完成。他们分别是曹慰祖领导的Tsao & McKown建筑事务所（纽约）、张永和带领的非常建筑工作室（北京/上海）以及郭锡恩与胡如珊带领的如恩设计研究室（上海）。
