? Production related（生产相关）
o Interface with senior production supervisor to analyze and handle the problems that could influence production effectively
协助高级生产主管对影响生产的各种问题进行分析和有效解决。
o Be responsible for 5S and CI implemented effectively
负责生产部内5S和CI改善有效执行。
o Work together with package department to hand over new product smoothly mass production.
与包装部一起导入新产品,顺利量产。
o Monthly stock checking
参与月末盘点。
o Optimize production process
生产工艺，制程优化。
? Understands and follow company policies and procedures
理解并遵守公司各项政策和程序
? Ensure a safe manner by following company regulations
确保安全的生产行为满足公司相关规定
? Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible
确保团队高效工作。
? Others（其它）：
o Involves in any tasks or projects as assigned by senior production supervisor

 资格要求（Qualifications）：
? Junior graduate or equivalent
大专或相当学历。
? Well- know the technology of IM, be able to operate IM machine
熟知注塑，有能力操作注塑机。

 资质/技能（Qualifications/Skills）:
? Good English .
英语良好。
? Proficiency in computer literate
熟悉电脑操作。
? Good at implementation and following the procedure
有较强的执行力和过程遵守能力。
? Leadership skills and strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
具有一定的领导技能，较强的人际管理和协调能力。
? Training and coaching capabilities
一定的培训和指导能力。
? Be familiar with LEAN and 5S management
