Job overview: Experienced person for further development of our automated and digital production environment wanted!
Location: Suzhou Industry Park, Jiangsu, China

Your tasks
- Which production steps can be further automated with modern technology? Due to your extensive experience, you develop new concepts and, thus, set new standards for the whole production company.
- Realizing complex tasks in production and logistics with robots – highly flexible, that is your thing!
- Always one step ahead: By implementing your ideas about digital transformation, you gradually turn our production into a “smart shop floor” with high-quality top-output.
- Time is money: You are sovereign in making decisions about local projects while coordinating efficiency and our high-quality specifications. Your goal is to control our production in an optimal way.
- Even in times of industry 4.0, the human being is a valuable resource. You manage your team with clear targets and coordinated task plans in order to get the best possible results for all.

Our requests
- In your daily business theory and practice go hand in hand. You have a university degree in automation technology, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering and are equipped with expert knowledge in the field of production and in the automation industry.
- Lean Manufacturing is “in”: You know all its ingredients and with several years of work experience (preferably in the automotive industry) you know how to create a production dish à la carte.
- You use modern IT systems thanks to your ERP and MES knowledge with flying colors and, thus, bring your drive into our modern production environment.
- Your international cooperation with colleagues gains momentum due to our Social Collaboration Tool where you can share information and projects among each other in an uncomplicated way and manage them efficiently.
- 你好 and hello: You have a very good knowledge of both languages (spoken and written), i.e. you feel confident to communicate in either one in your daily business.
