职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Overall responsibility for new project from initial to mass production, such as planning, tracking, project risk identification and control, ensure project progress timely and also in charge of improvement plan of quality and efficiency.
2.Define proper manufacturing process and endentify key process with potenital quality risk for new products, prepare Work Instruction
3.Provides strong support in solving production/process problems, analize root cause and come out corrective solutions
4.Provide technical support to production and assist in training line technicians and operators
5.Monitor and control the projects developing status and coordinate the across department s to solve the issues occurred in whole project lifecycle.
6.Study the requirements from customers and comments then fixed with internal team to improve.
7.Sourcing right equipments and design proper fixtures or tooling that will reduce labor time and improve manufacturing efficiency.
8.Provide the leadership to the project team to accomplish the project objective to meet the requested from customer and headquarter.
9.Potential travel worldwide to work with team or customers on current or future projects, as required.
Essential Skills:
1.Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
2.Minimum 8 years of NPI project management experience.
3.Familiarity with manufacturing processes, both of electrical and mechanical components
4.Fluent English both spoken and written.
5.Good communication skills
6.Familiar with DFEMA,PFMEA
