职位描述：
1、负责落实全公司招聘、培训、工资、奖金、保险、福利、绩效考核等人力资源制度建设；
2、依据国家和地方劳动法律、法规及公司相关规定，负责员工入职、试用、转正、升迁、离职、退休、居住证积分等环节的手续办理；
3、根据公司薪酬福利政策与制度，协助有关部门落实员工薪酬福利相关手续，每月制作并计算薪资与奖金；
4、建立企业人才库，完善人事档案管理的体系结构；
5、负责筹划、组织公司各种会议及大型活动，包括年会活动、员工旅游和各种拓展活动等；
6、公司日常行政的管理工作，善于处理各种应急事务；
7、协助工厂完成社会责任的审核工作，并及时与客户进行汇报。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，5年以上人力资源及行政管理经验；
2、熟悉人事各大模块，并且有丰富的实际操作工作经验；
3、具有很强的工作计划性和实施执行的工作能力；
4、优秀的沟通协调能力、管理能力、语言和文字表达能力；
5、工作细致认真，有责任心，能够有效解决复杂问题。 举报 分享
