具体要求：
1、高中或更高的学历，有测试实验室工作经验的优先。
Senior high school`s degree,experience in testing lab will be plus.
2、具备使用基本量具的能力，如卡尺、千分尺等。
Ability to apply basic measurement gages,such as micrometer,caliper.
3、一定的交流和协调技能，基本的计算机软件应用能力，有一定的实际操作经验（如镶嵌样品、抛光、腐蚀、硬度、机械性能、剪切、扭力测试等）。
Basic skills of communication and coordination,basic ability to apply software ,experience of test machine operation,such as mounting /polish/tenisile/shear/torque test)
4、能理解产品规范，图纸及安全相关规定。
Ability to read product spec, drawing and EHS requirement.
职责描述：
1、按相关的要求完成力学性能，金相的测试项目，测试完后完成报告输入。
Perform mechanical, metallurgical test and complete test report/cert per spec/procedure
2、按要求完成设备维护并填写记录。
Perofrm PM/AM of test machine and complete record per spec
3、按计划完成公司的产品终检
Perform product final test/inspection per plan
4、按要求完成外协厂检查项目。
Complete component in-coming inspection form suppliers per spec
5、按要求完成原材料进货检验。
Complete raw material in -coming inspection per spec
6、配合领导进行AS9100，NADCAP审核。
Support AS9100，NADCAP audit
7、确保EHS及5S的正常运行。
Ensure EHS and 5S in industrial lab meet AFS requirement
8、完成领导安排的其他工作。
