MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1.Bachelor degree on Engineering /Electrical or mechanical or instrument
2.Has proven successful experience on similar equipment maintenance(Pharmaceutical, chemical, food etc)
Special Knowledge
1.Process industry experience, preferably in dairy liquid and powder equipment maintenance.
2.Be knowledgeable with GMP, ISO 9000, 14000, 18000 or HACCP policies, procedures and guidelines
3.TPM, 5S and similar knowledge
Skill
Maintenance/ problem analysis and solving.

1.具有加工型工业经验，有液体奶和粉类设备维护经验更佳。
2.熟悉GMP，ISO9000，14000，18000或HACCP相关的政策，程序和方针。
3.了解TPM，5S以及相关的知识。
技能
维护/故障分析和解决。

-Be responsible for managing & maintaining production equipments, to make sure they meet the request of the company business smooth operation.
-Ensure safe work systems are in place for all equipments maintenance
-Set up/Implement daily/weekly/Monthly equipment maintenance
-Set up preventive and predictive maintenance with whole team for his responsible area
-Trouble shooting with more effective solution under budget -
-Responsible to ensure proper documentation of the maintenance work order in compliant to GMP and GDP(Good Documentation Practice)
-Any other job/project as assigned by superior.-
-Control and balance the maintenance tasks with project according to production orders and implement them on time with fine progress supervision
-To provide support to maintenance technician in term of work scheduling, training, troubleshooting
-Spare parts management

-建立/执行每日/每周/每月设备的预防性维护。
-建立团队职责范围的预防性维护。
-在预算范围内达到更有效的故障解决方案。
-确保维护工作订单的文件达到GMP和GDP的要求。
-主管指派的工作/项目。
-依据生产要求控制和平衡项目的维护任务，监督其及时有效执行。
-在团队的工作安排上为技术员提供支持，培训，故障解决。
-备用零件管理。
