职位描述：
-Bachelor Degree in metallurgy or automotive engineering or foundry or machine construction;
-Advanced Competencies in process simulation tools (ProCast and/or Magmasoft) with 2 years of work experi-ence in the field of High Pressure Die Casting;
-Advanced Competency with MS Office, MS Project, CAD (Pro-E and/or Catia V5);
-Deep knowledge of the casting process (especially HPDC);
-Knowledge and ecxcellent practice in CAD design with focus on HPDC Mold Design in Catia V5;
-Able to design HPDC molds based on simulated con-cepts and input from the plant;
-Basic knowledge and experience in analysis of filling and solidification simulation results;
-Experience in APQP process and project management of advantage.
-Ability to interact and communicate with plants technical departments to support product and process optimiza-tion;
-Good English Speaking and Writing;

Finish entire 3D design of mold based on 3D of gating and runner system as well as cooling concept provided by process development engineer;
Support process and product development engineers;
Support plant to optimize quality, cycle time, production cost, mold maintenance cost and mold cost;
