职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead new project & arrange trial run build
2. Ensure new project introduction according to schedule, and satisfy internal customer's requirement.
3. Responsible for organizing project resource, related department support etc.
4. Develop new process/equipment/tooling support for NPI
5. Production process problem solving in the day to day running
6. Production process spec control and management, ensure a stable and reasonable process spec for production team
7. New production trial and process spec define. Achieve new product transfer/introduction target
8. Process optimization to reduce product cost, improve quality status
9. To run Continuous improvement programs for various short/long term project including capability studies, process troubleshooting
10. Accomplish other assignments by engineering manager

Requirements:
1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering,
2. 2+ years working experiences in project management
3. Proficient in CAD and can use English smoothly both written and spoken
4. Very good interpersonal skill, strong responsibility, self-motivated and a good team player

5. 生产过程日常工艺问题处理
6. 进行产品生产工艺规范的控制和管理, 为生产部门提供稳定和合理的工艺参数
7. 新产品试样及工艺标准制定, 达成新产品导入目标
8. 通过过程工艺的优化来降低产品成本, 改善质量状况
9. 对不同长短期项目进行持续改善, 包括能力分析, 解决瓶颈问题
10. 完成工程经理指派的其他任务
要求:
1. 机械设计与制造大专及以上学历，
2. 具有2年以上项目管理工作经验
3. 熟练操作CAD等绘图软件, 一定的英语读写能力
