职位描述：

Job Summary职位概述:
To receive and dispatch raw material, package and label materials, consumables and scrap materials as required by SOP requirement. Make sure collection, storage, waste materials produced on site is carried out in compliance with all applicable legislation and requirements. Ensuring the raw material can be delivered to production on time, no any delay by warehouse.
按照SOP接收和分发处理原材料、包装材料、消耗品及报废物料。确保接收、存储和工厂废弃物的处理符合当地的法律法规要求。确保原料能及时供应生产线，没有任何的延误是由于仓库引起的。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1.Conduct receiving, storage, kitting, shipping activities timely and correctly, make sure the work instructions are followed, the materials are placed orderly.
及时并正确执行仓库收货、储存、发料、出货的工作，确保按照工作指导执行，保证原材料有序放置。
2.Collect all related records, finish all SAP transactions in time; ensure the SAP inventory VS physical inventory are accurate.
收集相关记录，及时完成SAP系统账务，确保系统库存和实际库存相符合。
3.Generate and maintain accurate records of all activities and associated transactions to satisfy GMP/ISO requirements. Provide timely and accurate basic reports for internal use.
生成和维护所有工作的正确记录以满足GMP/ISO要求。及时准确的准备报表供内部使用。
4.Make sure warehouse physical storage according to planning and in good order, keep stock items in good condition. Labelling activity without mistake or disobeying rules.
确保仓库物理库存按照计划良好的存储,保持库存存储在良好的环境中。标签工作没有错误或违反规则。
5.Implement 5S, safety management in field to ensure safe operation.
执行仓库5S管理，安全管理，实现仓库安全运行。
Cooperate with other colleagues on his and others’ shifts.
与本班组及其他班组的同事良好合作。
6.Participate in the routing check on warehouse equipments.
参与仓库设备的日常巡检。

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
High school or above. 高中及以上学历。
Experience工作经验:
Working years (in any specific area)
3-5 years in warehouse operator position (preferred chemical or pharmacal operation)3-5年仓库管理员工作经验。具有化工、制药行业背景。
IT Skills
Experience in SAP MM/WM/SD module would be a plus.
能够使用SAP 软件中的仓库管理、物料管理、销售与分销模块更佳。
Familiar with Microsoft office , such as excel, word, powerpoint
熟悉office办公软件，例如excel，word，ppt

Tools & Methods Skills

Skilled for forklift operation and have license
持有叉车证并能熟练操作。
Good understanding of chemical and dangerous goods operation
熟悉危险化学品相关知识。

Language skills
Native or fluent Chinese
中文流利
Basic English skill
基本的英语能力
