Key Responsibility:
- Technical Support at RFQ Phase
- Review technical spec., organize technical analysis, optimize or provide technical and process solution to support sales to win the project from customer in terms of feasibility, cost and quality. 审核技术说明书，组织技术分析，优化或者提供技术和过程解决方案来支持销售人员，通过可行性，成本和质量获得客户项目
- Participate feasibility review meeting with customer. 参与客户的可行性回顾会议
- Close communication with customer project and technical team.回复客户项目和技术团队沟通
- Giving purchasing team support by supplier assessment on technical and quality items.
         通过供应商技术和质量方面的评估来支持采购部门的工作
- Project Management at Project Execution and Launch Phase 项目执行和运行阶段的项目管理
- Complete responsibility for assigned projects from nomination till plant sign off for serial production.
- 任命的项目从提名开始到生产完成的职责
- Planning and execution of new project launches & developments. 计划并执行新项目的运行和发展
- Ensuring safe project launches and hand-over of mature tools and processes to plants

- Lead project team (cross functional team within Group matrix) to achieve the timing, budget and quality targets.

- Project escalation and action planning in terms of non-conformities to bring it back on track.

- Support purchasing on ECR commercial negotiation, confirm ECR and follow up.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Industrial, plastics or mechanical engineering degree or adequate technical education with strong experi-ence. 丰富的工业，塑料或者机械工程专业或者同等技术教育背景
- Strong background in the fields of plastics and/or metal processing (injection molding and stamping) and attached tools and equipment and value add operations. Advanced metal stamping knowledge.
- 较强的塑料行业或者金属行业处理背景（注塑和冲压）先进的金属冲压知识
- Knows design and simulation software such as NX, CATIA, Pro/E, Auto CAD, Moldflow, etc.
- 知道设计和模拟类软件如NX, CATIA, Pro/E, Auto CAD, Moldflow, etc
- At least 5 years automotive project management and stamping experience, preferably (electro-) mechan-ical modules and/or hybrid roof system components.
- 至少5年汽车项目管理经验和冲压经验，机电模块或者混合天窗系统组件经验优先
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in cross functional/sites/divisional environment.具有能适应多任务多功能等环境的能力

TB&C China
TB&C Group has set up her first Chinese entity in July 2015 which has been active on the tool sourcing market ever since. This trading company has been providing tools from several suppliers to TB&C Mexico and Germany as well.
Due to recent developments in the market, TB&C was able to expand the Chinese activities and is currently founding a Chinese production company as well. Combined the two companies will act as one TB&C Group China and also move into the same location in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, close to Shanghai.
