职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Take the overall responsibility of MPCC Bearing QA work
2.Lead Bearing QA department, working on target achieving and continuous improvement to support company growth and operation process
3.Establish and roll out Quality Plan, lead quality engineering in both development and serial production phase
4.Lead the measuring equipment management like purchase request, calibration, define daily management rules, trouble shooting and so on
5.Lead the Corrective Action and Preventive Action(CAPA) activities
6.Enhance employees’ quality mind set and zero defect awareness
7.Lead process audits, product audits and customer audits for MPCC bearing
8.Support on the lean related activities such as A3
9.Liaison with quality functions in Miba Bearing other sites with respect to quality assurance and quality improvement/standardization affairs
10.Customer claims handling and customer quality-requirement fulfilment
11.Quality related customer relationship maintenance
12.Lead supplier claim handling and supplier quality improvement affairs
13.Quality report& trends analysis
14.Integrated Managemet System of MPCC
15.Customer relationship maintenance and customer requirement fulfilment.
16.Other duties assigned by top management

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or engineering related major
2.More than 5 years of quality assurrance and supplier quality management in mechanical or material or Auto industry
3.Knowledge regarding management systems according ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949
4.Good negotiation skills
5.Fluent in oral and written English
6.Proficiency in the use of automotive quality tools(such as 5 tools, 7 methods)
7.Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
8.Good Analytic skills
9.Strict, dilignt and conscientious, high sence of principle and quality awareness 5
10.With high quality mindset 5
