职位描述：
Qualification:

? Bachelor degree or above in Engineering course, electrical engineering a plus
? At least 8 years working experiences in product design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or quality engineering
? Experience in cable and cable connector assembly will be plus
? Proficient in both written and spoken in English
? Familiar with Auto-CAD, Pro/E, Solid-works and other 3D design software
? Good leadership and communication skill
? Driver of clear, regular, and efficient communication between Domestic and other development sites.
? Strong talent at people management.
? Ensure product development follows GMP standards for Design Controls as required by the customer and industry standards


Responsibility:

? Lead engineering design work in the development team for the Ultrasound Cable development, cable assembly, and probe development
? Supervise design engineers to complete product design and meet customer requirement.
? Approve product drawing and tooling design.
? Direct lead technical discussion with customers and sales team.
? Training design engineer and product engineer, team management.
? Establish a vision and strategy for product development roadmap of Ultrasound cable and probe products based on market requirements provide by product management. 举报 分享
