Responsibilities:
1.Managing the cost reduction activities in China for all kitchen category
2.Develop new cost reduction initiatives in kitchen category
3.Standardize the reporting and tracking format across all product categories
4.Track the implementation of each cost reduction activity with the merchandising team and report out the actual versus overall plan for each category on a monthly basis
Requirements:
1.Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in a lead Project Engineering roll of complex integrated assemblies and or engineering systems
2.Knowledge of small appliance packaging technology and its related cost is key
3.Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with good sound interpersonal skills
4.Demonstrated experience as a leader in cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
5.Must have a minimum of a degree in Mechanical/Packaging Engineering or related science
